What is deep cleaning intended to do?
Deep cleaning addresses accumulated dirt and detail work in an occupied home. Access still matters: belongings and heavy furniture can limit which areas can be reached.
Explain any appliance interiors, storage areas or other priorities when requesting your quote. An occupied home needs a plan that protects belongings and makes the agreed areas accessible. Deep cleaning does not include packing your possessions or automatically emptying every cupboard.

Do you need both services?
You do not automatically need two full cleans. If the property can be cleared before a suitable move-out appointment, one properly scoped visit may be the right plan. If you want help while still living there and another clean after moving, describe both stages and ask for a plan that avoids unnecessary overlap.
Separate specialist carpet or upholstery cleaning from the general house-cleaning request. These services have their own quote and drying considerations. Similarly, packing, junk removal and repairs should not be assumed to come with either cleaning service.

Explain the purpose when you request the service. If you need a vacant-property handover clean, ask for that scope directly rather than assume an occupied-home deep clean covers the same areas.
Does move-out cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. Cleaning Fairy provides the agreed cleaning service. The condition inspection, tenancy circumstances and any issues beyond cleaning are separate from our work, so we do not promise a deposit outcome.
What if my furniture will still be inside?
Our Vancouver move-out service is performed in vacant properties. Tell us before confirming the appointment if furniture or boxes will remain. We can discuss the timing and whether a different service or plan is needed.
