Minimum service time: 6 working hours
Final duration depends on the size of the home, level of contamination, and specific requirements.
Pricing:
• $49/hour — with recurring scheduled service
• $60/hour — one-time service
Move-out cleaning is performed in an empty property
After movers have left, all boxes and furniture are removed, and any minor repair or renovation work is completed. This allows us to clean thoroughly and achieve the best possible results.
