Cleaning Fairy LTD is a corporation registered in the Province of Alberta, Canada.
2. Scope of Services
Services are provided as outlined in the approved quote, invoice, or written confirmation.
Cleaning Fairy LTD reserves the right to adjust scope due to:
• Time limitations
• Safety concerns
• Unexpected on-site conditions
Additional work may require additional charges.
3. Deposits
Deposits may be required for new clients and/or larger projects, including but not limited to:
• Move-in / Move-out cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Large-scale or multi-day projects
Deposit amounts vary depending on project scope.
Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation (see Section 5).
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 5 calendar days from the invoice date.
If payment is not received within 5 days:
• A late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance will be applied.
• An additional 2% will be applied every 14 days thereafter until paid in full.
Cleaning Fairy LTD reserves the right to:
• Suspend future services
• Cancel recurring services
• Refuse new bookings
Collection & Legal Action
Accounts that remain unpaid may be:
• Referred to a third-party collection agency
• Reported in accordance with applicable credit reporting laws
• Pursued through Small Claims Court in Alberta
The client agrees that any reasonable collection costs, legal fees, administrative charges, and court costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances may be added to the outstanding amount where permitted by law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
If cleaners arrive on-site and access is not provided, the visit will be treated as a late cancellation and the $150 fee will apply.
Deposits are forfeited in cases of late cancellation.
6. Claims & Service Concerns
Clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must include:
• Clear photographic evidence
• Supporting documentation where applicable
Cleaning Fairy LTD reserves the right to inspect and assess any claim before determining resolution.
Where applicable, the resolution is limited to a re-clean of the affected area.
Refunds are issued at company discretion only.
Failure to report within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of completed service.
7. Damage & Liability
Cleaning Fairy LTD carries $2,000,000 liability insurance coverage and maintains active WCB registration.
Clients must report alleged damage within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly secured fixtures
• Fragile, unstable, or loosely mounted items
• Items not disclosed as delicate
• Normal wear and tear
Liability is strictly limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the directly affected area only.
Under no circumstances shall Cleaning Fairy LTD be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost income
• Emotional distress
• Property devaluation claims
8. Subcontractors
Cleaning Fairy LTD may utilize subcontractors to perform services. All subcontractors operate under company standards and contractual agreements.
9. Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing safe access
• Securing pets
• Disclosing hazards
• Ensuring utilities are operational
Cleaning Fairy LTD reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
10. Privacy Policy Summary
Cleaning Fairy LTD collects personal information necessary to provide services.
We may use:
• Google Analytics
• Meta Pixel
• Email marketing platforms
• CRM systems (including Jobber)
Payment processing is handled exclusively by secure third-party providers.
