Send the essentials together

Address and unit number, with approximate floor area and bathroom count.
The earliest time the property will be accessible and the exact handover deadline.
Recent kitchen, bathroom and room photos showing the current condition.
Whether movers, remaining belongings or trades will still be present.
Appliance and cupboard interiors you need included.
Parking, keys, concierge and building access details.
