Start with online materials on our cleaning standards, checklists, safe product use and respectful client service. Learn the essentials before putting them into practice.
2. Training videos
Watch practical videos showing our cleaning methods, equipment use and the small details that make a difference. Revisit the demonstrations as you build confidence.
3. Practice in real homes
Join experienced teammates at real client visits. Practise our methods, ask questions and receive feedback. Support continues as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
